Pedro Cabrita Reis architectural forms are built up with a list of industrial materials, highlighting the process of construction, joining elements together in a way that can seem unfinished. Cabrita Reis work is centred around the process of art making using the combination of everyday objects with industrial materials. His sculptural work are the in-between beginning and finish, because of this his work seems temporary and feels like it can change over time. Because of the construction environment of the work you start questioning the changes around the space, expecting change to the whole environment and begin to compare the colours and objects in his work with the architecture around you, looking for clues of what will or has been changed.
